Email is the primary contact method. The operator aims to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within seven days. Requests made under an applicable privacy law are handled within that law's required timeframe.
Corrections and technical issues
For a camera name, location note, timestamp, attribution or archived-frame correction, include the resort and camera name, the relevant page or source URL, the statement that appears to be wrong and the reliable source supporting the correction.
For a technical problem, include the page URL, approximate time, device and browser, and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or unrelated personal information.
Rights and removal requests
A camera operator, rights holder or authorised representative can request corrected credit, a lower capture frequency, removal of a camera or removal of stored frames. Include the official source URL, the action requested and enough information to verify the connection to the content. The request is investigated before the relevant material is changed.
For a privacy request, state whether access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or another right is being requested and identify the relevant correspondence or data. The operator may ask for proportionate identity verification before releasing or deleting information.
Not an emergency contact
This address is not monitored as an alpine safety, weather, lift, road or emergency service. Urgent matters must go to the relevant emergency service, road authority, resort or official weather provider.
